Yahoo Mail
I guess by now, everyone’s heard of Yahoo’s changes to its email service. I logged in to check what’s new and saw this:
So do I have 100 MB or 6 MB? I guess they are having some first day hiccups ;-)
Other than the quota bump, nothing much has changed. The so called new look is just old wine in the old bottle but with new, colourful labels! If you ever used the Search Mail option earlier, you’ll notice that the now prominent ‘Search Mail’ button does nothing more than it used to.
UPDATE: Even as I am writing this, in comes this email with a shiny newsletter informing me that to enhance my user experience, Yahoo has decided to supersize my mail box. And sure enough, the bar now reads 3% of 100.0MB!
