From the referral logs for antrix.net, I found this google search query today: “when a station receives an ethernet frame, how could it know that whether it receives a dix ethernet frame or an ieee802.3 frame?” What’s interesting to me is that someone knowledgeable enough about computers, software and the internet to pose such a question doesn’t know how that Google (or Yahoo or MSN) doesn’t do Natural Language Processing on queries.
