For those of you who haven’t heard of it, it’s the new religion everyone’s talking about. Last I heard, even Winona Ryder had taken to it.

It’s not a religion in the conventional/post-modern sense of the word. Rather, it’s like an instruction manual to life - except that you need not stick to the instructions verbatim.
