Stir fried mushrooms & vegetables

We tried making a mushroom based dish at home today. Bought some brown beech mushrooms from the market & decided to make stir fried vegetables.

Here’s the final result:

I think the mushrooms were not cooked completely - there was a slightly bitter taste to them. If I try this again, it’ll probably be with some button mushrooms instead of these beech mushrooms.
