The X Series from Hutchison’s Three telco service sounds like the mobile plan to get. Flat rate data access with built in VOIP support via Skype (and others I suspect), is just the thing that 3G needs to rocket. Will one of the local operators in Singapore have the brains/courage to launch a similar service?
