Google’s out with its IPO. That might not be news for some of you, but you should read the letter Larry and Sergey have written as part of the prospectus to prospective investors. If that’s too dense for you, Wired has the highlights here.

My favourite bit is the value of Google’s planned offering: $2,718,281,828 dollars. That’s e, the base of natural logarithms!
