Microsoft is about Choice
Sometime ago, Hewlett-Packard struck a deal with Apple to sell iPods as rebranded HP music players. Microsoft obviously wasn’t too happy with this deal since iPods don’t give a damn for Microsoft’s proprietary wma format. David Fester, GM of Microsoft Windows Digital Media Division, said the deal would hurt consumers because “Windows is about choice - you can mix and match software and music player stuff”
Which brings us to the ‘why’ of this post. Today in class, this message pops up on screen:
Notice the no to No?! Why even bother with that option then?
Because we are all about choice.
