More LOL

This is by a friend of mine from IIT, whom we affectionately call BB. He’s part of the gangasters and this nonse-rhyme is a dedication to another member of the clan, let’s just call him D. Read on and shudder at the thought of having to spend time in a geek’s company. ;-)

VALENTINE ADVENTURE

D: I was all alone and all was dark
Beneath me and above
My life was full of volts and amps
But not the spark of love

Girl: (Amused look on her face)

D: But now that your are here with me
My heart is overjoyed
You turn the square pulse of my heart
Into a sinusoid

G: (Amusement turns to disgust)

D: My frequency is doubled
And my amplitude tripled
Oh! When you look at me
I feel as if I am crippled.

G: (starts walking away)

D: You load things from my memory
Onto my system's bus
My life was once assembly code
Now it's C++

G: (starts walking faster)

D: I love the way you solder things
My circuits you can fix
The voltage across your diode is
much more than just point six

G: (stops and gives our Majhnu one TIGHT SLAP!)

D: (Falls to his knees with arms outstretched)
With your op amps and resistors
You have built my integrator
I cannot survive without you
You are my function generator

G: (Drops a 25 paisa coin in D's palm and goes away)

D: (Angry now)
You have wasted my time, ruined my grades.
And made my math discrete
So now I'll end my poem here
Control, Alt, and Delete

Edit: I just got word that BB isn’t the original author of this piece.. that %&*@#$ is going to get a piece of my mind.

X-(

Anyways, the real author is Matthew Dalton. Here’s the original posting:
