So I am reading a paper on the worst case performance bound for some algorithm and the bound is 19/12 which is nearly 1.50. But that nearly is not good enough for me. So I head over to the world’s easiest to use calculator, Google.

Here is google’s answer.

If you actually clicked on the link above, you would see the top web search result points to Matthew 19:12. A few clicks later I am at this page reading Chapter 19 from the book of Matthew, King James Version. A few minutes later, I discover some amazing facts:

• And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

  So you can screw around, just don’t remarry and you’ll be fine. And yeah, stay off divorcees.

• And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

  So Mr Bill G, the Gates Foundation isn’t going to help you when the day of reckoning comes.

There’s something else in that chapter about eunuchs which made absolutely no sense to me. Could someone educate this poor, lost soul of God?
