webr 0.2
I put in some fixes to handle unicode/utf-8 correctly in webr so that having non-ascii characters (like in this photo) shouldn’t kill webr! I think I’ve got it covered: if your non-english text works in Flickr, then it should work in webr. Of course, bug reports are always welcome. :-)
Those fixes are basically all that is new in this webr 0.2 release. Also, webr code repo is now available.
Incidentally, it was my newly uploaded New York photoset that prompted these fixes. :-)
