webr 0.3

Now that I once again have a fully functional PC at home, I can get back to some of my time-pass coding :-)

New in webr 0.3:

• Works with web.py 0.2 (not released yet; check svn trunk!)
• No table based layouts in the templates! The XHTML in there is the best you can expect from me ;-)
• Minor refactoring to make configuration changes easier.
• css & other media files are now served statically out of templates/ folder

My gallery now runs on webr 0.3. Do let me know if you find anything broken.
